Grey Composite Deck at the Edge of the Woods

A long deck that runs the length of the elevation rather than projecting from it, which suits a house sitting close to its tree line — it gives usable depth without pushing furniture into the canopy. Grey composite boards against grey siding keep the addition quiet.

Stairs with black aluminium railing lead down to the brick entry, and a grill station is set beside the house where the service run is shortest. A screened porch adjoins the open section.
