Mission Decks & Design, LLC (“we”, “us”) operates https://missiondecks.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it.

Information We Collect

When you submit a consultation request we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, an optional phone number, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to plan your project.

We also collect standard analytics data through Google Analytics — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

How We Use It

• To reply to your consultation request and schedule a site visit.
• To prepare estimates and project documentation.
• To understand which pages are useful so we can improve the site.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers that operate this site on our behalf — our website host (Vercel), our email delivery provider (Resend), and Google Analytics.

Text Messages

We only text a number that asked us to: if you text us first, we may text you about your request and scheduling. After a completed job you may get one text asking for a review. That is the whole program: service messages about your own enquiry or your own project.

Message frequency varies and depends on what you contact us about. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent is not shared with any third party. Your number is used to reply to you about your own enquiry and nothing else. We do not send promotions or marketing by text. The full text program is set out in our terms.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work normally.

Third-Party Embeds

Our Trex product page embeds a catalog hosted by Trex, and our contact page embeds a Google Map. Those providers may set their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

We keep consultation enquiries for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record keeping obligations. Ask us at any time to delete your details and we will.

Your Choices

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the revised version on this page.
